One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on Jili OK. Jili OK supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Jili OK account within seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. Jili OK does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by Jili OK's finance team. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and cut-off times. Jili OK reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
Funds Ownership: All funds deposited into your Jili OK account must belong to you and must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Jili OK reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend any account where the source of funds cannot be verified.
Jili OK does not charge hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees displayed during the transaction process are charged by your payment provider, not by Jili OK.
Jili OK may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules. Where your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, Jili OK reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeited amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
